If It's Only Us Left

There she is. The only other person I've seen for, well, I don't even know how long. She offers me a small smile--one that even a fool could see through--and extends her hand. I take it.
How did we end up like this?

In small town that used to bloom with life, two girls wake up to find themselves the only ones left. They both know the only way they can get through is each other, but after long lasting rivalry between their families, who's to sacrifice their pride first?
