Boyd bought four Pinnacle casinos, paving the way for Penn National's $2.8 billion Pinnacle acquisition to close https://slotgamesite.com/.

Boyd Gaming, a major game company, recently announced that it had purchased four online casino houses from rival Pinnacle Entertainment for about $563.5 million in cash. Boyd has now introduced the Amerista Cathedral. The portfolios include Charles, Missouri, American Star Kansas City, Beltera Casino Resort in Florence, Indiana, and Beltera Park in Cincinnati, Ohio.

The deal expanded Boyd's presence in 10 states, including Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nevada, Ohio and Pennsylvania. The company currently operates 29 residences, including the above mentioned four casinos.
