Take my hand || *discontinued*

Ueda Chiyo, third year middle schooler who finally decided to confess her feelings to her classmate Sugawara Koushi. But unfortunately, got turned down. As the days passed by she haven't come to school and her classmates got worried. After a week the home room teacher said that she moved Korea. But why?

This got stuck in Sugawara's mind for years. Also her last words before she left ;

"See you soon, goodbye."

But what happens when Sugawara was on his way back home and saw a shadow?
That was a girl?
