Arrow Hawk, aka Blake was put in charge of protecting the city of Columbia in South Carolina. With the pressure of school and the fear of failing, he doesn't know if he can make it as a superhero alone. 

With all the past superheroes being defeated by the Masked Man, Master Chi is to find new people who will take on the role as a superhero and protector of the city. Will he find the perfect partner for Arrow Hawk or will Columbia be doomed?

Anna, a straight A student and a strong and determined girl, is always wanting to do right and help everyone. When the mysterious happens she's given a decision to choose a life of secrecy or continue being a regular teenager. Will she take on the responsibility or will she fail Master Chi?
