After a routine mission goes wrong, Sonic goes missing. It's up to Shadow to lead the Resistance to victory! But he will face a problem... His past....
(My own rewrite of Forces where Shadow is the main character. Also features my OC Dare who is a major plot point... She is his sister after all! Well, adoptive sister... Also some headcanon and retcons so warning for that! Although the retcons aren't much, just involves who can use the super form. Other OC is my main OC Arnec. And feel free to give me feedback on this, even if it's just if this is better or worse than Sonic Forces.)

Sonic Forces: The Untold Story
As many Sonic fans are aware, Sonic Forces didn't live up to our expectations. Barebones, linear gameplay, overly forced "nostalgia", and a story that felt extremely half-baked. That's why I've decided to completely rewrite and revamp the story of Sonic Forces in the alternate take of the game. I've gone through the game's script and made some very heavy changes to improve upon the story. (gameplay is a whole other thing, I'll leave that to modders). For those who have never read Sonic (Archie) comics I suggest reading issues 193-195, will help to understand some points of this story.
