This is mostly due to the government investing everything into the research of the 'wisdom cubes', leaving the other forces to need to make cuts. However, there was a slight error forming within the very material that made them into here, the Mental Cubes. And that would soon be evident regarding the appearances of Ship-Boys, the opposites of Ship-Girls due to that error. How would the entire history of Azur Lane be changed ever so slightly thanks to that small error? Azur Lane is owned and created by Shanghai Manjuu, Xiamen Yongshi.
