now wrapping up their third world tour in the span of four years, julie and the phantoms has now become a household name. although their high school days are far behind them, the gang is still as close as ever. maybe even the closest they've ever been after sharing multiple tour buses together. meanwhile luke's been thinking about forever with Julie and decides to pop the question. no matter how good things are going in their lives, a little bit of drama always finds it's way to them eventually.
