Bella, the lonely Kook. Bella grew up on the cut until her dad came into some money when she was 10 and they moved to figure 8. By this time Bella was already a Pogue and didn't and never has fitted in with the Kooks. Life was hell for a while, until Kiara started at the Kook academy freshman year. They became school friends, never hung out after school though. well that was until Kiara dragged Bella along on a ridiculous treasure hunt with her friends.
