Book one of the Winter Trilogy

Aurelia Stanislov is a music teacher and artist in Seattle, Wa when she meets James Buchanan or as we really know him, Bucky Barnes. Before he can tell Aurelia who he really is he's recaptured and she's been taken by Hydra. Alexander Pierce takes a liking to her so he decides to turn her into an even deadlier weapon than the broken Bucky ever was. Thus Zimniy Koshmar (Winters Nightmare) is born.

Two years later after the fall of Hydra Aurelia is found by Steve and Tony. With the teams help she quickly heals from the physical trauma. With Steve's help she heals from the mental and emotional trauma and learns to love again. 

When Aurelia goes home to reconnect with her parents who thought she was dead she see's the events of Civil War on the news. She finds out James is really Bucky Barnes and is on the run with the man she now loves. Aurelia is torn between wanting to put her past behind her and fulfilling her quest for vengeance. 

Can Steve help her to find out the the truth? 

Can Bucky ever earn her forgiveness?

Can Aurelia move on and be with the man she loves?
