Steve Harrington decides that he wants to prove himself to his harsh boss, Keith, by telling him the story of a lifetime. He recounts the Demogorgon, the Demadogs, and the mind flayer in one angry rage, much to the shock of his close friend, and Co-worker, Robin. Keith is sceptical, but goes along with it as Steve tries to break back into the mall remains. As they do so, though, they find something in those tunnels that could make everything begin all over again; but this time, a whole new army of monsters and magic awaits.
