Van, a young mischievous red panda, who's lived a happy peaceful life in the monastery of the great Shinpoha Tree all his life. With his grandpa and his pranks, a pet cricket, his former caretaker and her delicious Bamboo Shoot Dumplings he loves, and the protection of the Shinpoha Tree; Van feels like he's got everything he could ever have with no sense of going on an adventure to see what lies beyond the forest. But when the theft of an ancient artifact that holds the survival of the only place he's called home on a path of peril, he must leave the life he's ever known on a quest to retrieve the stolen artifact to save his home. Despite the possible danger, he'll realize the wonders of the journey he's about to undergo beyond the Shinpoha Tree.

Suddenly there was a huge roar. I take a step back covering my ears, my head spins, it is so loud I can't hear myself think. I stand at the mouth of the cave that yawns wide open on the side of a cave. Its big, bigger than a mountain lion bigger than a bear. And I am about to walk into it's cave. But I HAVE to find out what it is. What if there IS a dragon? It will eat me for sure. but I keep going, I just need to make sure it doesn't see me. I walk to this opening as the path split in two edging me across the wall. I will be careful, silent, it will never know I was even here. There is a rocky cliff side and a drop. I look up from my thought and my eyes lock with gleaming golden eyes. I freeze every muscle in my body locks and I can't move. "What the hell?" The book in my hands glowed, letting out a bright yellow light. I panicked, dropping the book to the floor and began to back up. But it was no use as a powerful force dragged me closer and closer to book, I let out a scream as I was then sucked in. "Hey, miss.." I heard a soft voice call, "Miss, please wake up. You can't sleep there, you'll catch a cold." I opened my eyes with a groan, my vision blurred for a moment. It soon cleared up and I was shocked when I saw a handsome young man with soft eyes standing directly over me. "Ahh!!" "Ahh!!" He shouted, backing up from me as I sat up. "Who- Who are you?" I looked around, noticing that I was no longer in my library at home. Instead, I was laying on soft, green lush grass in the middle of the forest. "Where am I?" I looked back at the young man, taken back by his handsomeness. His eyes softened for a moment, before widening and he opened his mouth. "Oh, my gosh!! The prophecy Came true!!!" "What prophecy?" "The Prophecy of Eurodipes. You are the one who Will save our world!" "huh?" Hey you. Yes, you! The Seer is looking for you again. What? Did you think that was the whole story? That was just part one of three. This is part two. At least concerning the Mercenaries. Anyway, this time the Seer has five stories for you this time. The first one is about Alan. He's talking to some cops about how he got his powers. It's a crazy story with a croc-clam and a Lord of Evil who isn't that bad of a dude really. In the second story, you find out what happen with Grania, Kadlin and Squeaks when they go to Greece. There's a sorority squabble, a Lich Queen and other cool, strange and dark stuff in it too, but I don't want to give too much away. In the third story, you find out what happened to Thrack and Rina when they went to China. There's a lot of mages, a big keg, a few sluts for hire and a bloody fairy. It's a fun and sad story, but it's awesome, trust me. Next, you'll find what happens with Alan in Antartica. That story is insane with lots of dragons, and you'll finally get to see why everyone is so afraid of Alan. Finally, you'll read about all those paths converging, all the old friends, and a few new ones, reuniting and you'll be set up for part three. But seriously, the Seer is expecting you again and, if I've learned anything about the multiverse, it's that you don't keep an infinite waiting. So, it's time to return to the Seer, because if the Seer made time for you, you, and what the Seer wants to show you, must be important... This story is unedited, and I wouldn't mind a cover.
