In the future, children are made perfect. Natural births were unheard of, because everyone is a test tube baby. Made from certain genes from their parents that the goverment gets to chose. Years ago, the government even outlawed live births.
Alice has been on the run since the day she was born. Being the only child ever conceived from love in over a century, she is looked down on. Now at the age of 18, all she wants is what her parents had, love. But how will she find that in a perfect world of heartless people.

She's saved by a native who dislikes humans as much as the next guy but shes intent on sticking by his side in order to survive.
