This is a Lams story I came up with while cleaning out my cat's litter box. It was like, 8 at night, and one of my out door cats ran past me, and I thought he was some sort of weird creature, I was like, "Hey, that's actually a great story plot." I asked my sister which fandom I should use, out of the three I thought actually worked with the idea, which were Hamilton, Sherlock, or Voltron since all of them have main characters that would have cats.
Those were the three most likely because Alex probably would have had a cat, Sherlock would have had a cat since they're about as intelligent as he is, if not more so (shocking, I know), and the Voltron crew literally have giant robot cats.
Anyways. So on with the summary of this.
Alexander Hamilton. Typical new kid, right? Wrong. Alex is quiet at school. But get him around Hercules, John and Laf, and he's probably the most energetic kid you will ever meet.
If you really knew his story, you would know why he is so quiet. His father left him two days before his tenth birthday, and his mother was murdered exactly two years later. His brother and him split up when Alex moves to North America to be fostered, then adopted, by Mr. and Mrs. Mulligan. In America, he meets his foster/ adopted brother, Hercules, and his two friends, Gilbert Lafayette and Jonathan Laurens.
The Mulligans own two cats. One indoor, the other is an outdoor. The two boys share a responsibility to the cats, as they were both surprises for them when Alex was adopted.
Read to find out what happens when Alex sees something everyone questions him about.
Yes, like I said before, this will be Lams, but it doesn't happen for a while. At first, its tidbits of Hamilette, but it's all completely platonic.
I do not own Hamilton the musical, that right belongs to Lin. I also don't own any of the characters, considering they were actually people, lol.

I am horrible at descriptions so I'm just going to put an insert from it for now:
Alexander Hamilton had never experienced snow. Never. Growing up in the Caribbean he'd never had the chance. Never until he'd moves to New York.
Sure, he dreamed about seeing snow. But he never imagined that it was so cold. Yeah, it was pretty and all, but it was way too cold. The first year was the worst, but each year made Alexander dislike snow more and more.
John was happy, though. Growing up in New York, John was used to the snow. Alexander on the other hand, he wasn't used to snow at all, as he grew up in the Caribbean.
"Hey, Lex," John said, walking into his and Alexander's apartment.
Alex looked up from his huddle of blankets on their couch. "No," he muttered.
"What was that?" John asked, cheerfully.
"No," Alex muttered again.
"What?"
"No. I'm not going outside." Alexander glared at John. "At least not until Spring."
