Usopp, Robin, and Franky are the ones to find her unconscious in the woods. When asking the townspeople for help they are told to go to the town's doctor. The only way to wake her up was to go into her mind and wake up her self-consciousness, which meant going through her memories and thoughts to find it. The challenging part was to find the words she wanted to hear the most to wake her up.
