Hazel eyes met grey ones and James' knuckles came up to caress the younger blacks cheek, his lips ghosting over Regulus' pink plump ones and there was no shame in his actions.
" We can't...we can't ,Potter..." Regulus said in a hushed whisper, his eyes hooded and the air underneath the cloak got stuffy, Regulus felt exposed even though no one could see him- them.
" You're not saying no..." James whispered back, his hot breath on the side of regulus' neck and the younger black closed his eyes to gasp and shiver.
" No ..I'm not am I?"

(front cover by @_oladka_art_ on ig) Regulus Black hates James Potter. He hates him because he's loud, obnoxious, stupid and worst of all a brother-stealer. But he also hates him because of the pretty hazel colour of his eyes and his light brown skin and his stupid freckles and the feel of his hands on his- wait what?! suddenly regulus is spending every waking moment thinking about James Potter and every possible moment staring at James Potter because he just can't seem to keep his eyes off the boy.... James Potter doesn't know Regulus Black but he knows this much: Regulus hates him. It's evident from the way Regulus glares at him every time they make eye contact across the great hall and in the corridors, yet James doesn't stop trying to talk to the boy and spend time with him. Something about Regulus Black entices James. maybe it's the soft pale skin. Or the beautiful raven dark curls. Or the feel of his waist under his palms. Or the light grey eyes that James can't stop losing himself in... Includes background: Wolfstar, Rosekiller and Dorlene Premise okay. The story is a bit weird and I wrote this when I was young. There were silly choices made and I'm sorry. Read at ur own risk :). There's also a lack of correct punctuation and lack of capitals which I am working on. "Reggie? Regulus? Whats wrong?" James tried to reach out to him, but Regulus pulled himself away. His chest felt like it was being ripped out, his throat being scratched violently by the attack of petals climbing up. His coughing got louder and more violent before finally a handful of sunflowers fell into Regulus' hand. James stared down at him, an unknown expression on his face but Regulus didn't have time to study him. He tried to hide the petals but he knew he was to late. James had already seen them, and he could see the obvious splatter of blood on his chin. "What the fuck just happened? Are those sunflowers?" James once again tried to reach out to him, going for his hands, wanting to get a closer look, but Regulus snatched his hands away and took a few more steps back. "You- you didn't see that, do you hear me? You didn't see it" And before he knew it, he was already at the bottom of the astronomy tower stairs, leaving James standing in the middle of the tower.
