The second short story I wrote for a Level 2 standard of creative writing.
Written during a fictional pandemic, ¨Extinction¨ follows a unnamed, gender neutral character and their friend Liam as they prepare to begin a new life during an apocalypse.

The man that picked her up from jail gives her a choice, go with him to help protect the community of Brandy Creek or go her own way in the developing apocalypse. * * Brandy creek mostly focuses on the looting and exploring aspect of the zombie apocalypse, something I personally find very interesting. There is flirting and the beginning of relationships that form pretty fast. There is gore, cussing, and some sexual scenes.Complete

Not a Chaos book, but it has a lot of chaos in it, the zombie apocalypse rises from an unexpected source, a hail storm in North Carolina. Amy has to traverse this insane world with her massive wits and creativity with tinkering. She gains respect and friends along her journey...but will these friends be able to save her in the end? Was the foreshadowing just now? There's only one way to find out. Fair warning, this might have some sex, rape, things of that sort, also mild gore, I think.
