Without knowing it, my two-week vacation with my grandma in the summer would be the last time she lived without Alzheimer's disease. She was not able to remember those two weeks together, but I'll never forget the time we shared. She recently passed away due to Alzheimer's disease; however, this short story from 2018 is about my everlasting connection to her gracious spirit and presence.
