Raven is a human with a hunger for adventure. She lives at the centre of the Rose Forest, which is filled with magical creatures and delicious danger. Zar is a witch tasked with protecting Raven. She lives in a tower with Raven and her entire life is dedicated to ensuring her wellbeing. But that's about to get a lot more difficult, because a shadow is growing on the horizon.
