After finding out her son is quirkless Inko Mydoria drops her son off at an orphanage where most people ignore him, except for a certain crimson-eyed blonde who becomes friends with Izuku and bonds with him over their love of hero's. After an incident that leads to the separation of the two boys and Izuku's discovery of his quirk, he is moved to a new orphanage before being "adopted" by a certain group of villains.

Hawks was determined to find this thirteen -year-old boy, he had been involved in a villain base raid where they ended up finding this boy in terrible condition, only to have him escape police custody before even getting to the hospital.

Shota Aizawa was determined to catch this new vigilante, Daten-shi, who had recently appeared and caused Aizawa too many headaches to count.
