After Lexa's death Clarke hadn't yet had the time to properly process her death. Yes she realize Lexa was gone but it didn't sink in...she hadn't gotten closure. After all she was too busy leading and one thing came and then the next and she always put everyone above herself and her feelings where pushed aside. Clarke griefs Lexa more now then ever and wished she could be with her.
