As Hitoshi's mental state declines from the lack of a brother, Ryujiki fights for his life every day in the clutches of the villains. Hitoshi realizes that he always relied on his brother too much, and as he failed to protect his brother when Ryujiki begged for help for the first time in their lives, he considers himself as useless. Ryujiki on the other hand completely disregards the separation of heroes and villains, and now considers the world to be split in other categories. 'Those who mess with other peoples' lives' and 'Those who don't'. Heroes, villains, civilians... having a quirk doesn't brand them into a specific category. They can choose to use their quirk to help or hurt others, but they can also choose to use their quirk only for themself. Or to not use it at all! Why change other peoples' lives unprovoked?
