Gifted

Rita Young was raised to be a part of a top secret goverment program. A program called Gifted, with one goal:
To enhance the future of the human race both phisically and mentally.
Rita goes through testing and is accepted, she is given one day to pack and needs to be at the lab by the next morning. She is sent home with a strange bird tatoo and more questions than answers. When she arrives she undergoes the operation. When she wakes up she has wings, freakish senses and unreal reflexes. She undergoes the training with her fellow Gifted members. But in their training they stumble upon a secret that was better left unknown.
