The world was at war, it was the humans and dwarves vs elves and the demons. they were on the main continent when a meteorite slammed into the main continent and killed them all. the only things that survived was the monsters slimes skeletons and goblins (rimaru type of goblins).100 years after the the meteorite hit the plants around it started to mutate, because of the meteors dust.

Everything started in 2036. The pollution was so bad that the end of the world was predicted to be right around the corner. As complete panic set in around the world, the rich and important people were all gathered and placed on giant spaceships with enough resources and room to house generations of human beings. Before they left though, the government leaders fired As a result, most of the human population died off and earth was a complete wasteland. The little that survived started building local communities and trying to survive in the destroyed excuse of a planet. On the disaster of a planet, creatures mutated and were born out of the nuclear chemicals; creating new species and monsters that hunted humans. While hundreds and hundreds of years passed, the monsters kept evolving and the people kept adapting while still trying to keep a sort of community. This was known as a Stranxx, and people who were granted these powers used it to kill the infestation of Klaxosaur. Some used it for good, some used it for bad but they didn't know that there would be a school just to train your Stranxx and fight Klaxosaurs. Thus we focus on our main protagonist, Hiro. He is Stranxxless but he has a dream, and that dream is to be known as the #1 Hero that destroys Klaxosaurs in one swoop. So he thinks that the program will help him fight the Klaxosaurs.
