Lindsay Keefe had a horrible life at home, she was beaten by her father while her mother stood by and watched. The only person she seeked comfort in was her best friend Sophia, who was also beaten. Lindsay and Sophia decide to run away together and end up joining a gang searching for their place in the world. When Sophia is kidnapped it's up to Lindsay and her new companions to go and find her. They face rival gangs, police, enemies, and betrayal.
