Annalise, speaks these words to the crowds of watchers out in the stands from her perch on stage. My hearing is intensified, hush tones of the people as they listen in intently. Smiling to myself with pride and accomplishment. I will presented all my integrity on this stage for all to witness. To show them I am more then a cripple they all pity me to be. I am worth more then ominous whispers, I am the only one brave enough to face the music.
I can feel the stares of the council who sit before me. Their silence could conclude a million different reactions but I only get one from my mentor herself. "Well then please begin."
