"I kissed a boy just to start shit," he murmured into my ear, nibbling on the lobe slightly, just enough to set my deepest desires aflame.

I squirmed in his embrace, clenching my fists into his muscle tee. My knuckles were as white as a ghost, I'm sure.

"You did?" I responded, choosing to keep my face hidden in his neck.

His warm lips pressed against my forehead. The fire burning deep inside of me sizzled and I sunk even deeper into him.

"But I liked it."

Grayson Thomas was the straightest jock at North County High. He made good grades, he had the perfect girlfriend, Claudia, and his family was wealthy. Fast cars, flirty women, and tons of cash. Grayson seemed to have it all.

Everything but Kai Peterson.

Kai Peterson was not a party person whatsoever. He studied hard, stayed focused, and even slept with a night-light: your average next-door nerd, perhaps.

But, one last-minute bad decision, played out by his best friend, Ashly, will change his life forever and lead him down a path where he never expected to go . . . Can the bad boy rescue the nerd? Or will it be the nerd rescuing the bad boy?

I'm Finn Vasco but that's not quite important right now. I'm a pretty sarcastic guy if I'm gonna be honest. I'm closed off and I literally only have one friend. I might hate everybody in my school... but there's this guy there. He's... let's say, dreamy, someone who I thought would never even acknowledge my existence. That guy who was too damn good to be true, who was too good for me, who was too good for... everybody! You get what I'm trying to say. He's that cliché king of the campus and a popular and attractive heartthrob and with just one wink, he can send people on their knees... That sounded so wrong, anyway. So can you blame me for being over the moon when one day, he approached me only to what? ...To ask for my help courting my freaking best friend. I knew it was stupid for me to hope I'd even have any chance with him anyway. So I just agreed to help him. Even if I was hurting myself and potentially my best friend in the process, my best friend who has been there with me through the thick and thins, I still did it... I mean what could go wrong besides literally everything? So my plan was to just set my crush and my best friend up, and then everything would be alright... right? But of course, life doesn't like it when people have it easy. *** Highest Ranking #2 on #lgbtfiction #5 on #boyxboy #6 on #gay #8 on #teenfiction *** ~ WARNING: This story contains strong language and bullying. Diego Santiago was not your average teenager. He had a loving mother, a great best friend, a beautiful friend, an ex-boyfriend that gave him a traumatic experience, a soon-to-be stepbrother that helped along in that traumatic experience, a friend turned enemy, and finally, a messy slight crush. It's a handful. He was no longer a nobody but somebody with a bad name and a target on his head. He messed with the school's king, and he needed to face the consequences, or so they say and believe. Despite all these things that are making his life one big roller coaster, he still wants one thing in life, for his mother and friends to be happy. Caden Mitchell had a hectic life of his own as well. He was the enemy at first and is trying his best to become a true brother and a true lover. He knew he needed to change, but his old habits keep crawling back. He needed to learn and grow as a person, and for the sake of his mental health, he needed to change fast. Caden was on a mission, a mission to get back his soon-to-be stepbrother and his lover that meant more to him than he could express in words. He was growing desperate and was ready to do just about anything. Even if that meant leaving behind Victor, who he once saw was the closest thing to a brother he'd ever get.
