Josephine is a swimmer for her college and she will a junior this year. Junior year is the year students are allowed to move out of the dorms. The dorms are nasty, so naturally everyone wants to move out. Finding an apartment can be difficult, that is if you didn't start planning early. Josephine was aware of the difficulty from watching her older sister go through it. She was prepared and managed to land a spectacular apartment. Now, all she needed was a roommate. 

Jamie is the schools star football player. He is so excited to get out of the dorms, but his friends apartments are full. He manages to find an ad for an apartment in the same building as them and decides it a perfect fit. 

What happens when Josephine finds out Jamie is not the girl she thought she was talking to and Jamie finds out Joey is not the guy he thought.
