No one is innocent

The fog floated over the city and shadows jumped from tree to tree as the moon set high above the forest. Max slapped on the white plastic gloves and pulled the black wig snug above his ears. Taking one last look in the mirror, satisfaction grew upon his face. Max knew what he was about to do would haunt him forever but he knew it had to be done. Max pulled on his worn out shoes and grabbed the rusted doorknob, he took a deep breath and stepped onto the cold concrete. Max though to himself be fore he pulled out his keys, is this really what I wanna do? He was second guessing himself but soon after there was a click of a door lock. He headed down the driveway and jumped in his silver Cadillac. Anxiety filled his body and questions wanted to be blurted out. Max had no time to think. The car engine revved with the raspy sound of NASCAR machinery. The glowing lights of his miles and gas litres had him staring in space. Max had never done anything wrong in his life. That was about to change
