Peter Stein is one of the five superheroes of Earth-838B. Along with Amaira (who he doesn't get along with), Veronica (who he doesn't either), Devon (who he doesn't either), and Rayna (who he doesn't get along with), they are in charge of protecting Earth-838B.
But when a supervillain as old as time himself, called the Aged One, comes back to Earth after a millennia of peace, it is up to the superheroes to save Earth-838B.
