He thinks he's able to rule on his own but his father has set up a arrangement to meet other princesses from other lands. 
Dipper is sick of his father's rules so he sneaks out one night and meets a charming sly thief named Bill Cipher who doesn't know he's the prince. Will these opposites attract or is it not meant to be?
