A modern-day suspense thriller, 'The Painted Man' examines the consequences of trusting your own judgment......without knowing the full picture. 

When a bouncer at a nightclub is murdered, William Blake, a young man of twenty, is charged with his murder. Under the advice of his lawyer and the insistence of his family, Will lies low waiting for his trial. But, the strategy to keep quiet and the efforts of his lawyer may not be enough to keep him out of jail. The police, convinced they have the killer, have ignored some unusual events that happened the night of the murder, including the disappearance of Angie Phillips, Will's girlfriend. Unable to contact Angie and desperate to stay out of jail, Will reaches out for support in the most unlikely and untrustworthy ally - a New York journalist by the name of Tom Hoke.
