Don't give me that look. Dont look at me like that. I am not some kind of a animal that you can stare at.I am a human as you are I have a soul that has feelings just like you. Just because I look different doesn't mean some kind of different specie. I don't want pity, I don't want sympathy. Just because I have some difficulties doesn't mean that  I can't do anything. Let me make one more thing clear, I am not disabled I am differently abled.

My dream is to open my eyes, To see the  world, to see my family. Yes, I am blind but that doesn't mean I am different or can't do things which you can. It means I can do things which you can't.

I try not to stare most of the time, but for some reason, tonight, I just couldn't look away. I've seen many pretty girls before in so many different places; Including the light rail, but for some reason tonight, she was just so much lovelier than any other girl I've ever seen. I would bet none of you have ever had that dream summer that all of us want.... that summer where you meet a boy on the beach and go surfing even though you don't know how to surf. That summer where you look him in the eyes while he runs his fingers through your hair. Royce was two years older than me and had the prettiest purplish eyes and blonde hair. He was the most charismatic person I'd ever met. Then shortly after me and Royce's first appearance we met Jack and Koa. It was amazing and I loved every second of it, until I realized that I had fallen for Royce. And he seemed to fall for me too!
