After her breakup with Jammie, Anne realized that worrying about not being good enough for someone can sometimes come from feeling insecure in a relationship or from being made to feel insecure by the person you love.

And unfortunately, the latter happened to her.

Her relationship with Jammie became more toxic with each passing day. Eventually, Anne realized that the spark between them was gone. Jammie had failed to make her feel secure in their relationship, and things became even worse when he cheated on her with one of Anne's friends.

That was when Anne finally understood that being in love, or even being happy, isn't always enough to keep a relationship alive. Happiness can be fleeting, and love alone cannot fix a relationship when trust, respect, and commitment are already gone.

So she decided to end their relationship not because she stopped caring, but because she knew they both deserved the chance to be free and start a new life with someone else.

Because sometimes, two people can deeply care about each other without being meant to stay together.

"They care about each other, but they aren't in love with each other."

And perhaps that was the truth they both needed to accept.
