Every Rose Has Its Thorn

Midoriya has fallen for a very special person, an angry pomeranian to be exact. Ok, his name is actually Bakugo, but Izuku's one-sided love blossoms into something worse. Hanahaki. Isn't love just wonderful? But every rose has its thorn. Every emotion Midoriya has for Bakugo turns back to pain. Midoriya's time is running out, but he still yearns for someone to love. His depression and suicidal thoughts only make things worse.

Meanwhile...
Bakugo knows that something is up with Midoriya and that he is not as happy as he seems. He doesn't suspect a thing about Midoriya's hanahaki though. He thought he hated Midoriya's guts before but realizes he has only been trying to push him away because he loves him. He now decides to be nicer, but still pushes his non-platonic feelings away, not knowing that it's the one thing Midoriya needs.

Now.
Midoriya's depression and anxiety grows worse, and hanahaki is slowly overtaking him. He just wants to be normal, he just wants to be happy, he just wants to be loved. Will Midoriya find a solution to his problems or will death take its toll?
