In the episode The Hunted, Star Trek : The Next Generation took us to the planet Angosia, where a prisoner Roga Danar has escaped a high security lunar prison. As the episode progresses we learn that Roga Danar is not a convict at all, rather a soldier, who has been conditioned by his own people with a single aim to kill, and after the war discarded like a lab rat. 

Picard and the crew are faced with an unparalleled moral dilemma, to help the Government of Angosia in dismissing the rights of their own soldiers once again or to help the rebels gain freedom and dignity.

When Picard chooses to leave without helping either side, so that they can mutually overcome their differences, we understand the kindness and strenght that form the moral compass of a Star Ship Captain, but we dont get to know the man Roga Danar. 

Summer Breeze is the story of Roga Danar, the man who wanted to farm  peacefully in a corner of his world but is forced into a blazing war. The cut and thrust of battle along with the inhumane will of his people who want to win this war and all the next ones without a cost on their own soul trnasforms Roga Danar into a merciless machine. But the soul of a man is not broken and corrupted so easily.
