Ever since an unfortunate incident which took the life of his mute daughter, Kef has met with one failure after another. Just when he thinks his life could not get any worse, a mysterious child mime appears and begins to haunt him. He soon finds a possible connection between that mime and his late daughter.

Kef struggles to keep his life together but the haunts keep evolving into something more sinister. With his life at stake, Kef decides to investigate and realizes that the mime may be the answer to an ongoing police case of missing children.

The further he digs, the darker the world around him gets. Kef discovers something along the way that could very well answer all of his questions. There's only one problem. He's in a race against time and finding the answer could mean losing the lives of those around him, including his.

This book is the tale of a mystery that was never solved. It is a mystery that to this day stumps even the world's greatest minds. It's a story that only I, Alissa Lauren Kiang, can tell the truth about. This story is something that I had to experience with four of my best friends, people who had been there for each other for all of my life, through all of my ups and downs. While I had to go through hardships, they were always with me. They knew everything about me, and I, them. We were with each other through everything we ever had to deal with. Through depression, through loss, and through accomplishments. No matter what the occasion, they were always there for me, and I for them. They were people I would soon realize meant the world to me. But as the saying goes, you never really know what you have until you truly lose it forever. P.S. there is a little bit of blood and gore mentioned, and suicide and murders occur, so TRIGGER WARNING
