Really though, do they really think the universe will give them that chance?
Suddenly, the remains of the Time Twins' mech, the Iron Doom, falls from above them, not including the Twins themselves, a blessing or a curse they'll never know. Despite the missing Time Blades, the residual energy sends a wave outwards.
And suddenly, everything stops.
And the Ninja are thrown through time. The date? Two weeks after the first battle with Krux and Acronix. Right in the middle of the Elemental Alliance.

It's been almost a year since Nya left the team and merged with the sea. Ever since then Kai and Jay have not been the same. None of the ninjas have. But most of the others had learned to move past it. While Kai and Jay still have their moments of Grieving. Wu was worried about them. She could tell that they still were affected by her "death". Though she was still physically alive, the Nya they knew was no longer there; the Nya they loved was dead. But Wu's worries only grew when he left one day to go do his smoke visions in a more quiet and peaceful place. The other ninja had left to go do some work in Ninjago city while Kai and Jay stayed behind. The two boys recently have been near each other often. They seemed to be discussing something but none of the others would know what. As one of the others comes over they keep their mouths shut. Wu sat by the fire and meditated. How he would love to be able to see what has been going on in the two students' heads, but there was no possible way of doing so. He hummed as his smoke visions started to appear. Everyone was as happy as could be as expected but then the visions slowly started to darken... He awoke again with a small burst of panic but quickly calmed down, he knew to keep them safe.
