Begin of the fifth-year Draco and Snape have seen Harry's little side coming out more than normal. Since both Draco and Snape are teachers this year because the Ministry of magic education department has been having a lot of people make mistakes with their potions and there have been low test scores in this area.
They have both been together for five years and they have wanted a little for a while but had not found the right one right. Now that they found out Harry is a little and is being abused. They both want to talk him in and help him out.
