27 year old Claire Evans is a single 'mom' to her younger brother, Alex. Their parents died a year after Claire moved out--and as long and twisty as the road to adopting young Alex was, she succeeded and became his legal guardian.
As cool as she wishes she was to Alex... Juggling a job, a kid, and all the kid's hockey games isn't easy. Claire loves her brother so much, and that means she wants to give him everything that she couldn't get when she was younger.
One day, everything changes from life being normal, to life being... oddly dangerous. Claire gets saved by a super hero named the Flash who has recently made his appearance in Vancouver after a huge incident, and instantly they create a bond--or rather, connection, as Alex likes to call it.. somehow they keep meeting, and keep saving each other. What will their story entail? Would this be called Fate?
