Patrick Stump has recently transferred to yet another new high school as his father continues to search for work. Due to loss of a family member back when he was very young, Patrick became mute, all thoughts and words fated to stay inside the recesses of his mind.

At this school it affects him greatly as he becomes the target of Harper High's resident bullies. Then Patrick meets Pete Wentz, an extremely well-known socialite with a rough attitude. But underneath all those layers of juvenile superficiality, Pete is caring, protective, and kind, and wants one thing: for 
Patrick to be happy.

Their opposite worlds collide into a beautiful mess, and in their wake they leave behind a collection of memories they'll never forget.

Due to loss of a family member back when he was very young, Patrick had become mute and hardly spoke for himself, thus causing a lack of friendship and a social life. At this school it affects him greatly as he faces the vulgar lashes of many people. But then Patrick meets Pete Wentz, an extremely well-known socialite with a rough attitude. But underneath those layers of being socially aware, Pete is also very caring, this demeanor masked by his popularity. Angsty and tired of Chicago, he only agreed to work at the dull place to gather enough money to attend an out-of-state university. He craved excitement and something to save him from the bland life he lived. When strange killings occur around the city Patrick comes face to face with a vampire but this wasn't exactly the kind of excitement he had wished for. Note: Some parts of this story, such as the characters, are based on the 'A Little Less Sixteen Candles' video, but I put my own spin on the whole concept of the vampires and other certain details because I wanted to.
