Before Mirana's grandfather died he told her that she would be the last witch in the universe. It's crazy to be the only living member of your own kind. What happened to the other witches?
Mirana came home one day to be greeted by a bloodied dead body which was her father. He was a wonderful man and he did not deserve what he got. Her mother died a few years after.
Mirana must now put her cowardly ways behind her and go on a quest to figure out what is going on to the wicked ways of the king's brother and his brother's son and to the chaos that will be soon unleashed.
The last witch is the only person standing in the way of the world becoming too good and perfect or too evil and and full of chaos and bloodshed.
Any pictures that I use in my book cover are not mine and I am just using them as reference and to give an idea of what the story may be about.

Mirai, the Witch of Sight
Mirai comes from a long line of witches who have been particularly gifted in using their inner sight. As such, she's trained her sight from a young age. She's always been a disappointment, however, as the only thing she's ever been able to see is the vague image of a girl. On her 18th birthday, Mirai discovers a mark on the back of her neck displaying the number thirty. From her first proper vision, she deduces that unless she finds the girl before the number reaches zero, both of them will die. Only being able to depend on her less than mediocre skills in seeing the future, Mirai sets out to find the girl before the time is up. Little does she know of the trauma the girl has suffered, nor that finding her is only the beginning. ---------- Mature rating due to: smut, violence, suicide (happens in the prologue while POV-character has her back turned), rape (happens in chapter 30 and will be mentions of it afterwards, fade to black, there will NOT be a trigger warning at the beginning of the specific chapter), violent death of babies, some rather bloody scenes, self-harm, extreme guilt.
