Dionysus ~ The Twice Born God

(A short story)

Good wine, possible sacrifices and ancient power.

Here we meet a modern-day Dionysus. He owns his own pub, enjoys the company of others and had just had three cult members arrive at his door. But what these cult members don't know is that while they worship one God, another, more handsome, one sits at their feet.

Writing prompt:
You have been kidnapped by a cult preparing to sacrifice you to their God. The problem, you're immortal. The God they worship was a close friend of yours, and the entire cult was the result of a prank you forgot you pulled centuries ago.
