I moved into murder house (ahs fem reader but do as you please)

You moved into the infamous murder house!
After convincing your parents to allow you to move out and move across the country to live your own life, you find house that is beautifully made and surprisingly cheap, you take a leap of faith and put buy it, your estate agent did tell you about the Harmon family and the murder, suicide that happened before that but it didn't really face you, you had always been interested in that kind of stuff however you were unaware of the past horrors that happened in the house.

In this story, ghosts such as Ben, Viven and Moira dont try to get rid of the owners because it will be bad if they do.
Y/N is 17 in this and were i am from you can move out and buy a house at 17 lol so thats why.

I dont know if Micheal will be in this story or not but ill defo let you all know if i do.
And dont worry im not going to make Y/N cry and be a scared helpless girl the whole time cause thats icky and not very swag of me.
and TW will be put at the start of every chapter if they are needed.
Some characters that just annoy me will not be present in the story hehe but if you want them in comment.
