It's said that Touya was the first born child of the Todoroki family. But what if it was actually someone else before him.
Hatsumi Todoroki, when she was born into this world. Her father wasn't pleased, reason why is because he had wanted only boys in his family, instead he got a girl. But seeing that she was born with half and half colored hair. He believed she would serve some purpose.
Hatsumi was never allowed to socialize with other people as much. Being the first child put a lot of pressure on her. Hatsumi was only 2 when her quirk manifested. Her father was pleased to hear she was born with not 2 but 3 quirks. Since she still didn't know how to walk yet. He decided once Hatsumi was able to walk he would begin her training.
