AllMight and the other pro heroes had lied to Midoriya, everyone except The L.O.V. had not known the lie.

He joins The League after Dabi found him in an alleyway beaten up and crying.

"Please don't hit me sir.." Midoriya said still scared from the previous guys. "I won't, just wondering why the hell a U.A student is covered in bruises and cuts in an alleyway at 1:30 in the morning." The raven haired adult said somewhat rudely. "W-well I found out that all the
'heroes' were lying to me and all the other students but no one believed me so I ran b-but then I ran into some guy on accident and then he and another guy started to beat me up and I didn't fight back because I definitely would've gotten injured worse and then you found me..." Midoriya said sitting up putting one of his hands on his bloody nose.

"Ok so basically you aren't a student anymore?" Dabi sighed
"Yeah..."
