Her parents know they can't make it better on their own, so they send Stacy off to a rehabilitation center in Douglas, Wyoming where she learns there is more to life than hurt an loss and that the things that go wrong in life can lead to strength. She learns to love and trust again, but not in the way that you may expect. She learns how, through helping others, she can help herself and how rewarding caring for someone in need can be. She learns how to be calm and how to relax again. She finds new love and begins her life again as a new person. Now she passes the skills she learned in rehab to others with her condition and similar conditions with the help of a few special helpers.
