This was an English project for school. Basically we had to write our own creation myth, how something came to be, why something is the way it is, etc. Well, this is my idea on why the owl says 'who', which just so happens to be a Doctor Who fan fiction. Hope you enjoy! (;

(This is basically a Doctor who love story. The OC will kinda be a weird ass mix between Rick Sanchez and Sherlock Holmes. I just had an idea at like 4 in the morning after partying way to hard with friends. But, you know what? Why not make a story out of it? lol Read if you want, it'll probably be cringey as fuck and not worth your time.
