This was an English project for school. Basically we had to write our own creation myth, how something came to be, why something is the way it is, etc. Well, this is my idea on why the owl says 'who', which just so happens to be a Doctor Who fan fiction. Hope you enjoy! (;

I just had an idea at like 4 in the morning after partying way to hard with friends. But, you know what? So in other terms, this is a AU of Doctor Who since I'm not following the fugitive Doctor until that plot is sorted out.
