Elizabeth Wall is lucky to be family friend of Shane Walsh when the zombie apocalypse breaks out, even luckier that she befriends young pizza delivery boy Glenn at the exact moment her heart is broken and she has to start fighting for her life. She's lucky she's a nurse and is able to help people. She's unlucky when it comes to the fact she is constantly running from dead people, but she makes do.
