I started this so I could have an OC call Eggman a little bitch 'cause he keeps losing to teenagers, and several self-projections later we have a long multichapter. This fic is also up on Archive Of Our Own!

What was meant to be a simple rescue mission turns out to be a week-long trek across an island as Sonic and friends race to fix their powers. Knuckles and Rouge address the elephant in the room.
