The H.F.D was quite simple, put your life at risk while hunting criminals and you get rewarded. No one could tell you how to behave nor how to hunt and every day was filled with danger. What better place for daredevils?
The thing is just that Snow isn't a daredevil. And not a criminal like most members of the H.F.D.
Nonetheless, he needed the thrill that the hunts brought him to survive. He just had to be cautious about his identity.
As long as no one found out, especially Leylin and Vienna, then he would be safe.
But should people find out who he really was...
Well, things would end sour for him, especially with all the monster that was hiding in Leylin's shadow.
